According to E! News, Rihanna donated $1.75 million to a Barbados hospital in memory of her grandmother, who died back in June.

The 24-year-old singer visited the hospital on Saturday. Thanks to Rihanna's donation, the radiotherapy department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Bridgetown was renamed the Clara Braithwaite Centre for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine.
