This time, the pop star is under fire for telling a racist joke in video footage that was recorded several years ago but only surfaced on Sunday, June 1.这一次，这位盛行歌手由于一段种族轻视的玩笑视频片断而备受斥责。这段视频是在几年前录的，但在六月一号才曝光。

In the clip, which was posted on the pay site for U.K.newspaper The Sun as well as on TMZ, a young Justin can be seen and heard asking, "Why are black people afraid of chain saws?" He then delivers a tasteless punchline, saying, "run" followed by his repeated use of the N-word.

TMZ reports that it received the footage four years ago but didn't post it at the time since the pop star was just 15 "and immediately told his friends what he did was stupid," the site writes.

TMZ报道称，他们早在四年前就收到了这个视频片段，然而不即时颁布出来，因为那时贾斯汀才15岁，“并且他当时就向友人否定这个做法是十分愚笨的，”网站称。

Hours after the footage emerged, Bieber issued an apology via TMZ. "As a kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance," he said.
