Before this class, I had been informed that Tiffany was still been in sick and would come back in the next morning, and Jessie would be my substitute teacher again, I wanted to wish Tiffany be well as soon as possible and become stronger and stronger. I was very glad to talk to Jessie again, she would present my strong point and weak point clearly, and tell me how to improve my weak point. In last two class, I hadn’t adapted to Jessie’s teach style, because I am used to Tiffany’s, so I couldn’t express myself very well, I felt better in this class. It was very funny for this class that I thought Tiffany’s coming back, but in the opposite side of the phone, Jessie was speaking, because I didn’t be informed that Jessie would be my substitute teacher for this class, and Jessie thought I know she was the substitute teacher for me. I was a little confused that Tiffany’s voice was different from daily time, because of her sick, I think. But that’s all right, we had a pleasant talk with Jessie. She took a new kind of studying, which was giving five 5 words that start with A and should be adjective. My vocabulary was a little poor, I couldn’t give 5 words as Jessie ‘s requirement, but Jessie helped me to remember these in patience. I found that I often can’t remember such words when I want to use them, but if I read these words or someone says them, I can get the meaning , I think that such words are dead words for me, I know the meaning of these words, but couldn’t use them well in our daily life. I know that I have to exercise often, and use them in daily talking. I will read many articles every workday, which is the requirement of my work, I have to deal with many English document, and write and modify some documents in English, so I think I have chance to accumulate new words, but I am lack of usage of them, I have to consolidate them in my memory. I had a new substitute teacher in this class, who is the team leader of Tiffany’s group, Stacy, is very young, only 25 years old, I am older than her, but I think it is normal that teacher is younger than student, I have much to learn in terms of English expression. Tiffany is still in sick, wish her be well as soon as possible, hope to talk to her next class. In this class, the topic was ideal vacation referring to opinion samples, the writer wants to tell us that the ideal vacation for him is to travel alone, he thinks that to travel alone can make him reflect on himself and think about what he is doing and what he should do with his life. But I don’t agree with the writer’s opinion, I like to travel with a friend often, because we can talk to each other, play games together. In the previous vacation, the news holiday, my wife and I with my other four friends drove our car to an island, which is successful and wonderful journey for us, since we played game very happily and hade a hot spring, appreciated the scenery of sea in winter. In the next time ,we continued to talk about the useful expression, for the no.1, I am totally agree with the second half of the expression, my wife is the one who decides where to go. But my boss would not interrupt my vacation, I have no such experience that boss prevented me to take leaves, maybe all my bosses are considerate.
