英语新闻：李克强的英语“秘籍”

这不是李克强第一次展露自己的英语水平。去年3月，李克强总理迎接来访的美国财长雅各布·卢时，就首先用英语表达了欢迎。在就任总理后2013年首次出访印度时，面对要求补拍镜头的印度记者，李克强当时用英语笑问：“这张照片能成为你们报纸的头条吗？ ”2012年4月，时任中国国务院副总理的李克强访问俄罗斯时，在一签约仪式现场与俄罗斯官员用英文对话交流10多分钟，谈笑风生，这一细节被现场的俄方记者敏锐地捕捉到。 2011年8月，李克强在香港大学出席该校百周年校庆典礼时，也曾以中英双语发表演讲，为港大师生津津乐道。

李克强的英语水平为不少外媒所关注。路透社曾援引一位熟悉中国外交政策的知情人士的话称，北京大学毕业的李克强精通英语，“能更好地理解西方人的想法。”英国广播公司(BBC)也报道称，李克强英语流利，曾与人合作翻译过英国著名法学家丹宁勋爵的《法律的正当程序》一文。而美国《华尔街日报》还曾援引李克强同学的话称，“李克强学习非常刻苦”，“走路时，在食堂排队买饭时，甚至在骑车或等公交车时都在背英语。”

李克强在北大的同学、华东政法大学校长何勤华撰文回忆称，李克强入学时的英语不好，但他非常勤奋，自己制作一个小本本，正面是一个英语单词，反面是中文解释，苦记硬背，看到英语单词认识了，理解了，就翻过去；不认识或者还不太记得住，就看反面的中文解释。“正是由于他抓住了生活中点点滴滴的时间，拼命苦读英语，因此，没过多久，克强的英语水平就上去了，大三以后就开始翻译英文原版的法律文献了。”
